Heroes can't run through portals, so the only way they can help you is by fighting or holding the enemy's attention. But you would have to be the one to go through the portal.

Ace are you low lvl ? like really low?
If you got your heroes at max lvl they can easily fight to droks, i do that sometime with guildies just for the fun of it, i even did it once with the henchies |

IMO, Your guildies didn't mean the heroes ran them. They meant they fought their way there using heroes instead of henchmen.

If a solo warrior can make the trip then a warrior + 3 heroes can as well.

not just dorks, but any where in the game. with a good set of heros you can get any where you want in any chapter. just take it slow and watch you moves.

The new controls make it even easier to Hero and Hench the entire game. Difficult areas that are better cleared with team splits are no longer difficult. There is no area or mission that can't be done with Heros and/or Hench only.
The fact that heros are better than hench is not what makes it easier to hero/henchway the game. It is the controls that came along with heros that also can be partially used with Hench. For instance: You can split your party by telling Heros to fight one group and have your hench protect another area. This flexibility makes Prophecies almost too easy. It also completely removes the need to ever PUG if you don't want to. I'm not an advocate of isolationism but it is an option for some and options are always good. |
